Rental Process
Steps:
- Review Equipment Availability
- Contact the Conservation District office to discuss your project and confirm equipment availability.
- Complete a Rental Agreement
- All renters must complete and sign the District's Equipment Rental Agreement before equipment can be released.
- Schedule Your Rental
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are encouraged, particularly during peak operating seasons.
- Pick Up or Delivery
- Equipment may be picked up at the designated location. Delivery may be available for certain equipment; fees may apply.
- Operate Equipment Safely
- Renters are responsible for operating equipment safely and in accordance with all manufacturer recommendations and District operating instructions. Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose.
- Return Equipment
- Equipment must be returned on the agreed-upon date in clean, serviceable condition. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, damage, or repairs resulting from misuse.
