Rental Process

Steps:

  1. Review Equipment Availability
  2. Contact the Conservation District office to discuss your project and confirm equipment availability.
  3. Complete a Rental Agreement
  4. All renters must complete and sign the District's Equipment Rental Agreement before equipment can be released.
  5. Schedule Your Rental
  6. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are encouraged, particularly during peak operating seasons.
  7. Pick Up or Delivery
  8. Equipment may be picked up at the designated location. Delivery may be available for certain equipment; fees may apply.
  9. Operate Equipment Safely
  10. Renters are responsible for operating equipment safely and in accordance with all manufacturer recommendations and District operating instructions. Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose.
  11. Return Equipment
  12. Equipment must be returned on the agreed-upon date in clean, serviceable condition. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, damage, or repairs resulting from misuse.
